All prices shown online are trade prices.

We are based in the UK - West Sussex. We are an online shop online and do not have a physical premises

3.Do I have to spend a certain amount to become a stockist?
There is no minimum order

4. Do you ship outside of the UK?
We only offer postage within the UK

5. How much is postage?

 Orders under £50.00, postage is charged at £5.99.

Orders between £50.00 - £165.00, postage is charged at £7.99

Orders over £165.00 qualify for FREE postage

 

6. How long will my order take to get to me?
Small orders (under 15 units) are posted within 1 week. Orders over 15 units (or that contain handmade items) are posted within 2-4 weeks

7. Who will you use to post my order?
Orders are sent via Royal Mail or DPD. 

8. Will you ship to a different delivery address than my billing address?
We can deliver to alternate UK address, this can be specified during checkout

9. Can I use the images on my website?
Yes, please extract imagery and text from our trade website.

11. How can I pay for my order?
We accept Paypal or debit/credit card. Should you wish to pay via BACS please select this option during checkout and BACS details will be sent via email to you. BACS orders require payment prior to despatch.


12. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Should you wish to discuss your order please get in touch. Please note if you make an order and an item is out of stock we will substitute to the the nearest size/design. Should you not wish for an order to be substituted if out of stock/unavailable please get in touch with us so we can update your account.
