1. Are the prices shown online trade prices?
a. All prices shown online are trade prices.
2. Where are you based?
a. We are based in the UK - West Sussex. We are an online shop online and do not have a physical premises

3.Do I have to spend a certain amount to become a stockist?
a. There is no minimum order

4. Do you ship outside of the UK?
a. We only offer postage within the UK

5. How much is postage?
a. Standard Wholesale - £5.99 (ex vat). Orders over £100.00 qualify for free postage.
b. Dropship:
Class 1 - £1.99 (this includes orders that ONLY contain bandanas(s) and bowtie/flower accessories
Class 2 - £3.99 (this includes orders that contain slightly larger items such as collars, leads, poo bag holders and harnesses)
An invoice will be raised for any orders in which the incorrect postage is selected.

6. How long will my order take to get to me?
a. Small orders (under 15 units) are posted within 1 week. Orders over 15 units (or that contain handmade items) are posted within 2-4 weeks
7. Who will you use to post my order?
a. Orders are sent via Royal Mail or DPD. 

8. Will you ship to a different delivery address than my billing address?
a. We can deliver to alternate UK address, this can be specified during checkout

9. Can I use the images on my website?
a. Yes, please extract imagery and text from our trade website or email us for a high resolution Dropbox link.

11. How can I pay for my order?
a. We accept Paypal or debit/credit card. Should you wish to pay via BACS please select this option during checkout and BACS details will be sent via email to you. BACS orders require payment prior to despatch.

12. Do you offer dropshipping? 
a. Yes, we do! For UK dropship orders of 15 or less per month please order through the website. For orders over 15 per month please email us at info@petpoochboutique.com so we can set up a monthly invoice where orders can be directly emailed to us.

13. How do I make a dropship order?
a. A new order will need to be checked out for each of your customer dropship orders. Select the products your customer wishes to order, add to basket and checkout as normal. Should you wish to have your own receipt included with your customers order, please email it to info@petpoochboutique.com with a copy of your trade website order number.

14. How much is dropshipping postage?
Class 1 - slim items such as bandanas and collar accessories (class 1) - £1.99. 
Class 2 - large items such as collars, leads and harnesses (class 2) postage is £3.99
You will be prompted through checkout to select either Dropship Class 1 or 2 - please select which is relevant to your order. (please ignore the £5.99 postage charge you will initially be quoted, you will be able to select from the above options later on during checkout)

15. How quickly are dropship orders posted?
a. Dropship orders are posted within 3 working days and during busier periods (Christmas) please allow an extra 1-2 days processing time.

16. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

a. Standard wholesale - We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Should you wish to discuss your order please get in touch. Please note if you make an order and an item is out of stock we will substitute to the the nearest size/design. Should you not wish for an order to be substituted if out of stock/unavailable please get in touch with us so we can update your account.
b. Dropship - We can offer your customer a refund or exchange (original postage charges will not be refunded) provided the item is sent back to us within 14 days, in pristine unworn condition and with all labels intact. Please contact us with a copy of your trade website order number to request a returns form.
